11 HEALTH BENEFITS OF AVOCADOS.

Few lies have been told in articles, blogs and airwaves adverts of different products online and offline that some foods are healthy, some unhealthy and some super healthy, all in the name of marketing by making you buy these products. why will anyone tell you to change your habits when you can correct them by adding berries to your meal to reduce the sugar content? why settle for old boring and bitter herbs when chia seeds on your cereal can make you super healthy! Little wonder Nigerians don’t like reading health articles instead they depend on road side herbs because most of them have deceived us into doing things that increase health unbalance.

Indeed, as Ben Gold acre pointed out in his book Bad Science, many of us might feel we understand the value of antioxidants that “mop up” the free radicals that damage our cells, causing ageing and cancer, but actually the body mostly depend on free radicals to kill bacteria and fight germs due to metabolic reactions in the body, for example healthy bacteria’s which are normal micro flora in the body which is there to help us attack foreign bodies that cause us to fall sick. Does that mean a surfeit of antioxidants might weaken our immune system? Or are there fruits and vegetables that holds this solution right inside them? This point comes when you have no option other than asking a doctor.

The truth is that nutrition is fabulously complex, different for everybody and mostly mysterious. We know that if you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables and do regular exercise your health will get balanced. And if you don’t, there are ways eating fruits and vegetables will save you. But note nothing is a superfood. And if you fail to read this article no superfood will save you from your health problems.

Few lies can be told in one word, but “Supermart.ng” manages it.

Firstly, Let’s start with a true delicacy, when just ripe, and now one of the most popular fruits in Europe and America and mostly found in eastern part of Nigeria. (It is technically a fruit rather than a vegetable. Very technically, it’s a large berry.) So high is the demand for this fruit, in fact, the fruit has recently caught the attention of American drug lords and criminal gangs. To look at it, the use and taste of this fruit and indeed its nutritional content and values is certainly unusual.
